    • Delivery times are scheduled based on the event date and location specified by the customer.
    • We will confirm the estimated delivery time when the order is placed. The delivery time window will be within a 1-hour range from the scheduled time.
    • If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify the customer promptly.

      • We cater to a wide range of locations, including corporate offices, private events, and venues within the designated service area.
      • If your event is located outside our standard delivery zone, additional fees may apply. For further inquiries, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

        • Changes to a confirmed pre-order (e.g., menu items, delivery time, or quantity) can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
